Encourage yourself, your friends and family instead of
criticizing. Give yourself or others an enthusiastic "Way
to Go!" Visualize a positive outcome and you will get it.

Establish goals based on what you can realistically
achieve. Take it one step at a time and encounter any
problems as a learning experience and keep on going until
you reach it. Perfectionism is not necessary and invites
stress and failure. Avoid it!
