A Friend

The time

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....I'm a 2nd year English student at Damascus University and here's a paragraph about my last year events I hope you like it....
I wrote this composition while I was

watching a very interesting T.V program. It was reportage included a comparison between this year and the previous one. I really have fun with some points were mentioned in that program. They said that 2009 was the year of many important and exciting events, and 2010 will be more important .For example, in 2009 we used to know that this country built a tower with 300 floor and that city has a skyscraper, but in 2010 we start hearing about something more excitable which is a tower in the shape of Fujiyama Mountain will be built in Japan, it's a very high tower rising to 8 km. With regard to me, in 2009 I did some activities; for instance, I went to Dubai in the vacation, I was a first year student, I had an outdated car and a very old fashioned mobile phone, I didn't have any new friends in my faculty and I was always having the same boring style of life every day.
In 2010 I do something different. First of all, I travelled to Italy in the vacation; it was amazing and marvelous trip. Now I'm a second year student, I succeed last year with high average. Therefore, my father brings me a very modern car, style BMW. On the other hand, my mother brings me the latest model of the most advanced mobile phone, style I Phone 3GS.Now I have more than seven mates from different faculties. I with my mates go everyday to different restaurant, having lunch together and exchanging talks about many things connected to our future and studying. I consider 2010 the best year in my life. It's more interesting than 2009 and more important in my personal life. I hope to meet 2011 with this happiness and see the peace spreads in every place in the world.
